Joe Echo co produced the sound track for the new Philip Ridley Movie Heartless. Heartless goes to Uk Cinemas and Dvd this week. The Movie stars Jim Sturgess and its a very dark Movie set in London. Firstly i want to thank Peter Green for having me support him at his Olympia show in Dublin on Sunday past. It was a really good night and as always it was a delight to play in that great venue. Im back in the studio this week putting the final touches to the Joe Echo album. Im hoping to put a single out in the UK over the next few months and then i plan to release the JE album in the Autumn. Cx

I had the great pleasure of meeting and playing with Echo and the Bunnymen last night in Belfast. It was part of the cathedral festival and it really was a great night in a great location in central Belfast. Im back in the studio again this week working on the Killing Bono movie soundtrack. C

I had the pleasure of doing 2 great gigs over the weekend. The first was in Crouch end in london. It was a gig organised by jonny Quinn from Snowpatrol for his new venture Polar Patrol music. The night featured loads of great songwriters like Gary Go/ Karima Francis/ Foy Vance and Johnny Mc Daid. The Venue was packed with music lovers and the vibe was excellent. Then on Sunday night i was back giging with Mark Lanegan this time in the Slade rooms of Wolverhamton. I loved this gig...its a g...

The Movie 'Killing Bono' has received good news this week. Paramount pictures secured the rights for the movie with makes sure it gets the proper release in the UK and Ireland... the soundtrack was mostly written by Joe Echo.
